munich

watched this well-constructed, provocative movie last night on nigel's recommendation. the story explores terrorism and responses to it, particularly the effect on individuals involved in the responses. was struck by big themes of reaping and sowing, identity, home, nationality, love and loyalty

Phil and Mags,
Hi. I've just found your blog accidentally but have enjoyed little glimpses of life at your end especially Equador. I visited before ian and I got married and loved the country and the people. We're all trying to learn a bit of Spanish at our end at the moment, which reminds me of Quito even more. (The kids have got this great programme called Muzzy which we've all got hooked on).
We saw Munich and I seem to remember it being one of those films you find yourself a bit speechless at the end of.
Anyway looking forward to getting to know you guys better once you and we have arrived in Bristol.
Love Olivia (MacInnes)
